VIGNES, VINS, RANDOS 2019 – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

INTRODUCTION

You are using the booking service for the Vignes, Vins, Randos event organised by Interloire, the Professional Association for Loire Valley Wines. The general terms and conditions for bookings and sale of tickets are those applicable to Interloire. Tickets on sale at www.vvr-valdeloire.fr are for private individuals only.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICES AND TICKET NUMBERS

1.1 The prices of tickets for the Vignes, Vins, Randos event (face value) are given in Euros and include all taxes. The price paid by the participant cannot be altered without the express permission of the organiser. No individual may purchase more tickets than the number specified by the organiser.
1.2 The price of the hike is fixed at 7 € per person and at 2 € for children under 18 years old. This rate is only valid for an online reservation, excluding specific routes, before Friday, August 30, 2019 at 12:00 am. In case there are still available tickets on the day of the hike, the applicable rate for on-site registration is 10 € per person and 3 € for children under 18 years. Proof of identity will be required for children under 18 years old.
1.3 Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please bring this confirmation email with you on the day and present it to the organisers before the walk begins.
1.4 Unless agreed to the contrary, the number of tickets reserved by any one individual for any one walk may not exceed 50.
1.5 All orders are payable in Euros.
1.6 Special cases
1.6.1. Hikers Club. The people presenting their card of the French Federation of hiking will be offered the price on the spot of 7 € per person.
1.6.2. Vineyard School. The vineyard school is available on certain hikes at fixed times. It will be necessary to take into account the schedule and duration of the hike for the choice of the workshop schedule. The price of the workshop is fixed at 15 € per person. It will be necessary to take into account the schedule and duration of the hike for the choice of the workshop schedule. It is reserved for adults over 18 years old registered on the hike. Unless otherwise indicated, the total number of seats booked per person can not exceed 20 people for the same workshop.

ARTICLE 2 - AVAILABILITY

Reservations are made in real time and all information regarding availability at the time of booking will be in real time. If one of our trails is no longer available (sold out) you will automatically receive information about alternative nearby walks.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

All tickets for the Vignes, Vins, Randos event must be paid for online by credit/debit card.Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment has been made. We accept Carte Bleue, Visa and Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.Only one payment method will be authorised per booking.

ARTICLE 4 – SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA

4.1 Secure online payment. To help in the fight against fraud, we use 3 D Secure, a system of card verification. This is a free service for Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard holders. With 3D Secure (or Verified by Visa/Mastercard SecureCode) your bank verifies your identity as the transaction is processed. The verification process is specific to each bank – check with your bank which systems they use to check your identity.
4.2 Personal Data
4.2.1 The information we gather about you is needed to process your order and to further our business relationship. Data is kept for security purposes and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, as well as to help us improve our service and tailor the information we send you.
Some sections require registration with data about you:
  • Last name and first name
  • Mail address
  • Year of birth•
  • Postal Code, Country
  • Hiking registration
  • Already participated in VVR
  • Knowledge of VVR

Access to your personal data is the responsibility of InterLoire Communication Service represented by its General Manager Sylvain Naulin. This access is strictly limited to InterLoire staff and our PQP subcontractor. The subcontractors in question are subject to a confidentiality obligation and can only use your data in accordance with our contractual provisions and the applicable legislation.
This information is accessible to PQP via the back office of the website for the proper organization of the event and to prepare statistical reports.
This information will be kept from one year to another for the duration of the organization of the VVR hikes.
During this period, we put in place all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (European Regulation No. 2016/679 / EU of April 27, 2016 applicable from May 25, 2018), you have a right access, rectification, portability, erasure of your data or limitation of treatment.
You can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning you.You may, subject to the production of valid proof, exercise your rights by contacting the InterLoire Communication Department by email at communication.vvr@vinsvaldeloire.fr or by mail at the following address InterLoire VVR 62 rue Blaise Pascal, CS 61921 37019 Cedex towers.
In accordance with the regulations in force, your letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply must be sent to you. An answer will be sent to you within 2 months of receiving the request.

4.2.2 Through us, according to your choices on the registration form, you will also be invited to receive by e-mail information (news, invitations) about the event Vignes Vins Randos and the wines of the Val of Loire. If you do not wish it any more, you can at any time make us the request by sending an e-mail to communication.vvr@vinsvaldeloire.fr. by clicking on the unsubscribe link from the newsletter.

ARTICLE 5 – BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your booking is not officially confirmed and InterLoire is not liable until you have received an official email confirmation of your order. Please check your inbox carefully.

ARTICLE 6 - CONFIRMATION

When you click the "Valider" (Confirm my order) button at the end of the booking process on the “Payment” page, and you agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the “Accept Terms and Conditions” box , you are agreeing to accept the general Terms and Conditions of Sale in full. Except where there is evidence to the contrary, the data recorded by www.vvr-valdeloire.fr will act as proof of all transactions made.

ARTICLE 7 – RECEIVING TICKETS

The confirmation you receive from us by email will be your ticket. It is up to you to print this ticket and present it to the organiser on the day of your walk.
7.1 If you are paying by card, your card will be debited when the order is confirmed.
7.2 The order confirmation is also your proof of payment.
7.3 The order confirmation is your E-ticket, to be printed at home. Tickets can be printed on an ordinary home printer with access to the Internet.
7.4 To be valid, the ticket must be printed in portrait mode on a blank sheet of A4 paper.
7.5 SecurityOrder confirmations are printable at home, and carry a unique code. The ticket and code are checked at the event against a database of registered participants. You cannot gain access to the event multiple times using one ticket. Copying the e-ticket is not permitted, and would have no benefit. Only the first person to present the order confirmation for inspection will be permitted to participate in the event, and will be presumed to be the legitimate owner of the order confirmation. For this reason, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or copy the order confirmation in any way, or to make it available for others to do so.
Keep your order confirmation in a safe place, and only buy your ticket through official channels. Do not accept an order confirmation from anyone other than us, as it may not be genuine. The organiser may refuse entry to the event if reproductions, copies and duplicates are known to be in circulation or if access has already been given to the holder of a duplicate, reprint or copy of the e-ticket. The organiser is not obliged to check the identity of the person presenting the e-ticket to ensure s/he is the same person who bought the ticket or to verify that the ticket presented is authentic unless there is sufficient reason to do so on entry to the event. If the ticket holder is not admitted to the event for this reason, no compensation can be sought.

ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

8.1 Cancellation before the event. Cancellations must be made by email to communication@vinsvaldeloire.fr or by post to the Interprofession des Vins du Val de Loire, Vignes, Vins, Randos, 62 Rue Blaise Pascale, 37019 Tours CEDEX 1. The date of receipt of the cancellation by post or email will be taken as the date of cancellation. Cancellation fees may be payable depending on the date of cancellation calculated according to the following scale: 
  • Cancellation more than 15 days before the event: The price will be refunded in full
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund can be made
8.2 No-show. No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show.
